Your words aren't just casual expressions. They're seeds. What you speak repeatedly will eventually produce something in your life. That's why Scripture connects your words with the fruit you experience.

Often, your words are revealing what you've been meditating on. If fear and frustration come out easily, it's a sign of what's been planted inside. But the good news is you can change what's growing by changing what's being planted.

You don't have to accept every thought or every word that comes out. You can stop, correct it, and begin speaking truth instead. Over time, that shift will begin to change what grows in your life.

Application

Be intentional today to speak life, even if you have to stop and correct yourself.

Prayer

Lord, help me guard my words and align them with Your truth so I can produce life in every area.
